Sanctuary is intended to work across modern phones, tablets and computers, with keyboard-accessible controls, readable contrast, clear headings and meaningful form labels.

We are continuing to test the Gateshead pilot as features move from development into public use. If a page, form or interaction prevents you from using Sanctuary, please use the Contact & Help page and tell us what you were trying to do, which page caused the problem and what device or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing that information.

Accessibility defects that block a core customer journey are treated as launch defects rather than cosmetic issues.
